Frank has over 30 years of experience in the derivatives industry, including holding the roles of Head of Financial Engineering for EMEA and Americas at Morgan Stanley, and Global Head of Equity Structured Products at Jefferies. Before co-founding Arrow, Frank was the founder and CEO of Levendi Investment Management in the UK.

Dave has over 10 years of experience in the Structured Investments industry. Before co-founding Arrow, he was the Head of Broker Dealer and RIA Structured Product distribution and origination at Morgan Stanley.

Larry Wilson has over 20 years of experience in the Structured Investments industry. Prior to co-founding Arrow, Larry held the title of Managing Director at JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley, where he led their respective Structured Investment Origination and Distribution businesses.
